This letter is overdue, as I have now been on your Property Management list since the 29th October, 1992, and apart from a card of thanks at Christmas, “the silence has been deafening.” My sincere appreciation of the very high standard of your Property Management services since 29.10.92 is recorded here and all of the staff of that department, without exception, are included in my thanks. May I particularly refer to the quality of tenants you have placed into my units, which as we all know, is of crucial importance. Also I would offer particular appreciation of the work and efforts that Mrs Pat Rankin has put into my association with Remax First Choice who has been of great and constant assistance since I first walked into your door. As an “old-timer” in the sense of having been a customer of Paul Jones Real Estate since about 1973, I can say that I have found the Service and Management of properties by Paul Jones Real Estate to be of a very high standard. Over the years I have had to rely on Remax First Choice to manage and generally look after my rented property, and I have always been very pleased with the service, attention to detail and feedback. During my time as a customer of Paul Jones, I have lived mainly overseas and at some stages, communications with me at my host country post have not been easy or straight forward. However, despite such apparent communication difficulties, the service and management by Paul Jones goes on unimpeded and to the same high performance standards as if I was just “interstate” or “round the corner.” Rent is collected, inspections are on time, maintenance is up to date, and matters raised by either Tenant or Landlord seem to be no trouble to Remax First Choice Property Management Team. The firm also brings to my attention various “industry matters,” which as a landlord I might like to consider from time to time. Dear Jenny, As you would be aware I have sold my unit in Hornsby and as a result I will no longer been needing the services of you and your friendly team in Property Management. It’s hard to believe that 10 years has passed since I purchased my unit through Don Smith, and had it promptly leased by you. The 10 years have passed with a minimum of fuss and to my accounts there has been less than 2 weeks total vacancy over the entire time. This amazing statistic is a credit to everybody in the Property Management team.
